Orders are only received on line, and terms and conditions must be accepted before the payment is processed.

A limit of 3 Lifeguards can be ordered online in one transaction, for larger quantities or special colours please contact sales@quadguards.com

All orders received on line are processed within 48 hours and an email confirmation is sent out confirming the order has been received.

All orders with automatic payment (VISA/MASTERCARD/ PAY PAL) are dispatched within five working days, and using the most suitable and efficient freight options.

Orders are placed on line, and then payment is made via bank deposit/cheques are only processed and orders processed once the payment has been received or cheque cleared.

Preferred Option for dispatch is via a freight company that offers online tracking of the goods. In most circumstances the goods will be delivered within 14 days.

Risk

Please refer to the terms and conditions for risk and insurance. (Note clause 23 in terms and conditions) “The risks in the goods and all insurance responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise will pass to You immediately on the goods being dispatched from our or agents warehouse”

Delivery

In some cases, due to manufacturer’s limitations and in store stock in Australia, the delivery time could be longer. In this case an email or phone call to the purchaser will be made within 3 workings days, and confirmation of delivery times will be confirmed. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered with 6 week time line from date of order, a full refund will be offered.

Special order, or special colours will be confirmed at the time of order, these will be produced by the manufacturer on an indent basis and are not subject to the standard dispatch and delivery terms.

Freight costs will vary depending on the delivery address location. Generally the freight cost is $35 for each QuadGuard using regular freight companies throughout South Eastern Australia.

In remote areas, including Northern Territory, Northern Queensland and other remote areas, the freight costs will be higher at $60 per QuadGuard (remote is defined as more than 1000km from Melbourne- there are some exceptions-if unsure please email for exact pricing)

Deliveries can only be made direct to physical address, delivery direct to Post Boxes are made via Australian Post and this standard charge is $60.
